Purpose of the Role

The Heat Pump Engineer will work as part of the engineering team to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair air source and ground source heat pumps, contributing to the overall efficiency and operation of the equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently maintain and repair air source and ground source heat pumps
  • Compile dilapidation reports
  • Perform advanced fault finding
  • Complete accurate and timely reports of work
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies Adhere to health and safety regulations

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Relevant qualifications in Unvented Hot Water (including WRAS)
  • Category 1 F Gas qualification or equivalent
  • Full driving license
  • Experience using manufacturers’ service software
  • Good understanding of data usage
  • Background in air conditioning with a progression into heat pumps is desirable
