Job Description
Position: Service Delivery Manager
Location: London
Department: Fire Solutions
Salary: £45,000- £50,000 + pakage
Purpose of the Role
- Deliver exceptional customer service through compliance, SLA, KPI adherence, and best practices in PPM and reactive repairs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Directly manage field engineers and technicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with industry standards for all PPM and reactive services.
- Conduct regular audits and monitor engineer performance.
- Manage daily scheduling and allocation of service works.
- Recruit, mentor, and appraise staff to maintain team performance.
- Attend client meetings and generate growth opportunities with contracted clients.
- Collaborate across departments (Finance, HR, Purchasing, etc.).
- Monitor and prioritize outstanding works to increase revenue.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Health & Safety
- Take reasonable care for the health and safety of yourself and others, following all relevant policies and guidelines.
Person Specification
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Experience in service delivery and customer care.
- Knowledge of BS5839 and health & safety management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Competencies:
- Teamwork, communication, adaptability, and commercial awareness.
- Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
