Job Title: M&E Fit-Out Manager

Location: South Kirkby, West Yorkshire

Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 (OTE £65,000)

Type: Full-Time | Permanent | Shop Floor-Based | Start Date: ASAP

Overview: A market-leading manufacturer in the power equipment packaging industry is seeking an experienced M&E Fit-Out Manager to oversee mechanical and electrical fit-out operations. This role involves leading teams on the shop floor, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring delivery of high-quality installations across bespoke acoustic and modular enclosures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead M&E fit-out activities across multiple projects
• Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors for timely, cost-effective delivery
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and client specifications
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and quality standards
• Collaborate with project managers and production teams
• Resolve technical issues and advise on M&E installations

Requirements:

• Strong background in M&E fit-out management (construction or manufacturing)
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems and regulations
• Effective leadership and communication skills
• Relevant qualifications in engineering or project management (preferred)

Working Hours:

• 40 hours/week | Mon-Thurs: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Fri: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Bank Holidays and Christmas shutdown Benefits:
