Job Title: Technical Air-Conditioning Supervisor

Innotech Recruitment is collaborating with a rapidly growing HVAC specialist operating in London and across the UK. They are seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Air-Conditioning Supervisor to join them on a permanent, full-time basis working Monday – Friday.

If successful, you will be joining a forward-thinking company with approximately 100 employees who work nationwide. The role involves overseeing and supporting a team of engineers working within the M25 area, ensuring high-quality delivery of services across large commercial facilities.

Role Duties

• Lead and supervise a team of Air Conditioning Engineers.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support for reactive maintenance and breakdowns.
• Oversee and manage Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) schedules across commercial facilities.
• Coordinate and ensure compliance with industry standards, including Legionella testing and general facilities management requirements.
• Act as a primary point of contact for the Helpdesk to address escalations and prioritize maintenance tasks.
• Conduct quality control checks on completed work, ensuring adherence to company and client standards.
• Support training and development of engineers, providing mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in air-conditioning maintenance within commercial facilities, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Essential: Full UK Driving License.
• Essential: F-Gas certification and NVQ in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
• Beneficial: Manufacturer training certifications.
• Beneficial: IPAF, PASMA, Asbestos Awareness, Legionella Awareness.
• Beneficial: SSSTS, SMSTS or Equivalent
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
